Returns and exchanges

Please contact UST before sending any product back. Return instructions and the return destination will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Exchanges

Eligible unused standard templates may be exchanged. They must be returned complete, in their original condition and securely packaged. The customer pays the direct return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact UST within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or other remedy. This reporting period does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, eligible consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. Any refund required by law will be returned through the original payment method after the returned product has been received and checked.

Made after ordering

Standard UST templates may be prepared after an order is placed. This alone does not remove any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to a standard product.

Custom templates

Custom or personalised templates are available by prior agreement. Because they are made to the customer’s specifications, they may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. This will be made clear before the custom order is confirmed. Rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.
