Terms and conditions
These terms apply to purchases made through the UST online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information is accurate and that you accept these terms.
Products
UST supplies upholstery stitch templates. Product descriptions, dimensions, included items and intended uses are stated on the relevant product page. Minor screen-colour differences do not affect the physical product specification.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros. Applicable VAT and the final order total are displayed during checkout according to the delivery and customer information provided.
Individual prices and bundle savings
Templates may be purchased individually at the price shown on the product page. When the advertised bundle quantity is reached, the applicable bundle saving is calculated automatically in the cart. Different available designs may be combined to qualify.
Orders
An order is accepted when confirmation is issued and payment is successfully authorised. UST may contact the customer to resolve incomplete information or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Payment
Available payment methods appear at checkout and are processed by the relevant payment provider. UST does not store full payment-card details.
Delivery
Shipping options, charges and estimates are described on the Shipping page and presented during checkout.
Returns and consumer rights
The Returns page explains the return process. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Workshop use
The customer is responsible for testing a template and confirming suitability for the chosen material, machine and project before production use.
Intellectual property
UST branding, product designs, photographs and site content may not be reproduced, resold or commercially distributed without permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect operational or legal changes. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order.
